I've recently sold a few things in my favourite consignment store and the owner called me today to let me know she had a cheque for me. Of course, there is always the option to take my earnings in trade instead of money.

I looked around a bit and found 5 items worthy of trade instead and I couldn't be happier.

Pics 1-2: Christopher Kon lambskin leather bag with gold hardware. I'm normally not a slouchy bag lover but this bag is gorgeous! The leather is soft like butter, the lining beautiful and the hardware noticeable but not overly "blingy".

Pic 3: Grey enamel inset into silver bangle. I've been looking for a grey bracelet for over a year now and finally found one small enough for my wrist.

Pic 4: Vintage gold/black/faux diamond bracelet. Love!

Pics 5-6: Gorgeous grey/cream abstract pencil skirt, fully lined in a lovely cotton/silk blend. It's a perfect fit and I'm looking forward to wearing it with a chunky sweater ala Angie's formula (when I find the right sweater). Label reads "ADA Fashion" and is a European brand.

Pics 7-10: Stunning LBD with lace front. The dress is a substantial ponte knit, completely lined with a lace front panel, under bust band. I always hear Angie's voice in my head when I see a dress that maybe I don't have an occasion to wear it at just now - when you find a great dress, get it now because you will never find it when you need it. The fit is beautiful and I feel very va-va-voom in it. Label reads "x:s clothing".

So what do you think of my "free" finds?
