Is this top worth $118 +?

Actually Nordstroms sent me a similar top instead of this one. (also sent the wrong size) It has 2 buttons at the top and is more of a trapeze jacket. It looks cute with jeans but I'm questioning pursuing the right one because of price and hassle.
Also, this was ordered for me by an inexperienced clerk. I didn't get the usual emails with tracking #, etc. on this. She didn't want anyone to help her with the order although another clerk tried.
If I do decide to try for the one I wanted ordered, is it too offensive to ask for a different clerk to do the ordering if this clerk is there? She seems like a sweet helpful person, just new as everyone is at some time. I just wish she would realize when she's in over her head. What would you do?
