This challenge was fun, but our wacky weather made it harder for me. I'm looking forward to not having rules to follow this weekend!

Great week, Khris! It's hard to pick a favorite. I love how you styled the brown Target skirt with the green woven top. That's a winning combination. My second fave is the ON cord tunic. That's a great color on you--you look ready for Fall! Peace out!

You did really well! But I'm laughing that you think 68 is cool! It hit 50 here last night. So I do know what you mean about it being a challenging week, weather wise. But you managed quite beautifully!

It was 36 this morning here- now it's 75. That is normal for us this time of year. 68 is relatively cool when it was 103 last Saturday. It's cool enough to wear clothes without first having to think "Will I get hot?" which is what I have to base my outfits on most of the year. It's not cold by any means. It just means that I don't have to plan layers for taking off into the outfit, and that in iitself is an exciting thing.

Khris, you had a great week in spite of the weather and you are the queen of color. I also like the way you use a necklace or scarf and a belt to bring that something extra to your outfits. Well done.

Khris, you are impressive. You really do have dressing casually with style down. You score a 10 for your challenge. KILLER. Especially for the last outfit and pose. Well done!

Also, its SO GREAT to see woven tops on YLF. For many reasons they are not popular but I do feel that they are a fabulous item. Thanks for the woven treat :0)

You know what a challenge I had in finding woven tops that worked in my budget. I am so glad that I bothered to find them, though.

Taylor- I didn't realize that you were in the Sacramento area. We lived there for a couple of years before we moved here. I haven't had a recent cut, but I stumbled upon a way of styling that seems to give me more volume and keeps the ends that naturally like to flip up from doing so.

I'm struck by how you look so great in tops and dresses in a similar pink and purple color shceme, but you pick & style the pieces so differently that they look fresh every time you wear them.
