BR criss-cross sweater dress pics

What do yo guys think? I'm not very fond of how this dress looks from a side.
I also have a question about belts in general. Which size looks best on my body? I've never tried anything as big as the BR belt, does it work at all?

A colleague of mine wore this sweater dress to a holiday party last week.She is pretty petite, so she was wearing it a as dress, I love love loved it! It is a beautiful dress and it looks great on you, too!

You look lovely Lena, gorgeous outfit! I am actually quite envious, I was debating getting that dress for a while and by the time I've made up my mind to do so it was sold out in my size. So I shall live vicariously through you!

For some reason, I think that this particular cut of the dress looks better unbelted. Lovely belt selection though.

Is it grey or blue? It kind of looks baby blue on my screen, but I don't think that's right. I'm kind of ambivalent about the dress. It could be because of the docs, which is a look I'm still getting used to. I do like it best without the belts, but you kind of loose your waist that way.

Happylife, the dress is very soft. It's mostly wool, with a bit of cashmere, and it's also not as itchy as most woolly sweaters. I haven't worn it except for pictures, so I don't know how annoying it's going to get. The fabric is pretty thin too, and I think it was Laura who said that it pills.

Alecia, it's a grey color.

Tanya, I found this petite size in my local BR; it must have been an online return. I also couldn't make up my mind after I first tried the regular length version.

I'll hold on to it for now and see if anything better pops up. I'm still a little ambivalent about it.

Lena I think this dress looks great on you! the only thing I am not 100% keen on is the sleeves, they look a bit too puffy to me.

As for belts, I like it best a) unbelted, then b) with the yellow and c) with the thicker brown. I wonder if pulling up the belt so that it sits right at where the criss-crosses end might look good too?

I love it on you, preferably unbelted. I fell in love with this dress myself but it just didn't work right on me for some reason. On you, it's perfect. Love it. I hope you keep it!
