Gorgeous, rute! It's not quite ink blue but it looks lovely on you. I don't think ink is the ONLY shade of navy that works with black, I wear others as long as the item is in good condition, unfaded, etc.

I call this color Royal Blue. I think it fits you beautifully. I do not notice the sleeves being too long in the picture.
