So thanks in part to your fulsome praise, I'm totally in love with my new track pants. To the point where I'm hell-bent on wearing them as much as possible even in cooler temperatures. I run extremely warm, so this would actually suit me well.
The thing is, I'm not sure how well the pants can be styled with other footwear options, particularly those better suited to fall weather.
Take, for instance, pic no. 1, in which the same outfit is worn with the Robyn boots (please forgive the lack of accessories and, uh, hair brushing :p). Does this work, or does it look like too much?
The secondd pic is another look I wanted to run by you all. Do these black pumps with the white bow look too summery, or does it just nicely echo the black and white textural thing I have going on in the rest of the outfit?
I ask all this because I feel like wearing this to a meeting of one of the boards I sit on tomorrow. Out of a sense of perversity, I think, I somehow really enjoy bringing my A style game to these people. :p
