Another early Christmass present

My BF got me another early present ( silver Docs are the first), it is a pair of charcoal tweed 7 FAMK jeans:

The story of how he got them was very cute: I have decided to get a pair of jean-cut pants made from non-denim material and was debating between these and the brown houndstooth Citizens I posted a couple of days ago. Bf was visiting over Thanksgiving so I showed him both pairs online and asked him to help me decide. His response totally cracked me up: " But they are soo different !" ( in a true "The Devil Wears Prada " fashion). He said he liked them both, so I should get them both. Since he knew I could afford only one pair, he said that I should order one and he'll get me the other! He was so incredibly sweet and I feel so spoiled. I asked him not to get me anything else, but he said that he'll still get something small to put under the tree.

Anyway, the pants came and they are do incredibly soft and comfy, like sweatpants! Of course, they need hemming Oh, and the shoes in the photo are new red Aerosoles Cover Charge shoes. Angie, thanks for the tip, they are very comfy indeed!

Oh you lucky, lucky, lucky thing you. What a sweet BF.
The pants look great. If they are as soft as you say, I want some too.
Do you like these better than the brown Citizens? They both look great and serve different purposes in your wardrobe.

San they are incredibly soft, you should definitely try them! I have never tried a softer pair of pants on in my life! They do stretch significantly ( initially they feel snug like thick tights), so certainly go with a smaller size if you are between sizes. I am 26/27 and these are 26.

I like them and brown Citizens equally, they will serve different purposes for sure. These I plan to hem for small heels and wear in smart casual way, while the brown ones will be hemmed for flats ( Converse) and worn casually.

Nicole, I have already got him a nice wool argyle zip-up sweater ( he adores zip-ups) and a couple of Wii games for his new Wii . I have already given him those over Thanksgiving and he really likes them. I plan to get him few more items : another different zip-up sweater, a leather binder for his tablet ( it's an electronic notepad), a set of high-thread count sheets ( he gushes over mine but wont get them for himself) and a fancy eggs poacher for 6 ( he loves Eggs Benedict and would like to make them for his family during Xmass). I can spoil him with presents since I have noone else here to buy presents for other then my BFF.

Yep, I do get to use my early gifts immediately. I have actually worn my silver Docs a couple of times. As for these pants, I'd wear them too, but they need hemming, and my tailor takes forever. I plan to drop them on Monday with a couple of other things, but he probably won't be done with them till after Xmass.
