Oh, love this. Jessica's blog was one I discovered when I first started my style evolution and even though she's wa-aay younger than me, I've been inspired by her style, her remixing and her positive attitude. I'll have to leave red pants to others, but I love these on her and I can't wait to try some pink/red mixes this spring.

Wow! I haved loved Jessica's blog and have forgotten to check it lately.
(I had no idea she was so tall, but that explains why a few times I have tried to copycat have just *not* worked well. . .)

It almost tempts me to try that pattern, but I gave up sewing because of my perfectionism and the cost of sewing. . . hmm.

Her legs look a mile long. And now that you mention that she's 6'1", I realize that they *are* a mile long!
I admire her ingenuity in sewing the pants. There have been multiple times when I've wanted something for a certain season, never find it, and then lose interest. And after I lose interest, the item pops up in stores. Unfortunately my sewing skills are abysmal. Maybe I need to find a seamstress!
