These are lovely ! The trench reminds me of a very expensive Burberry trench that I recently saw on Victoria Beckham.

The trench is brand new, so I have time to think about that. The dress is in very limited quantities, and only one size left. Since the reviews say it runs small, I think the one they have left would fit. Holy moly, I'm in a cold sweat over here.

I LOVE that trench. I think if you hold off a bit you'll be able to at least get some discounts/specials at LOFT if not a sale price!

Grrr...I've got my cc info entered and I'm waffling. Part of me says order it and if I have remorse, I'll just return it and lose the shipping. The other part says it's way above what I would normally spend on a dress, and I'm crazy. If it comes, and I love it, I'm not sure if I'll feel better, or worse. Then I'll be able to justify the expense a little more, but I also won't be able to send it back once I have it in my hands. Maybe best case is I order it, it comes and it's just not that great. <sigh> what to do? what to do?

OK, let's think about what you'd wear it with! How many different ways can you wear it? Can you dress it up? Dress it down? Certainly, if you don't already have things to wear it with the expense will be even greater...

I would probably wear it most often with an boyfriend cardigan, worn open and simple sandals. I love the fact that the print is so unique, but one minus against it is that I would feel like I couldn't wear it more than a couple of times a month, b/c it would be so recognizable. I saw another print of the same dress worn with a slimmer cardigan belted, and it was great that way too.

I think in the winter, it could be cute layered over a turtleneck and tights with knee high boots....if the fabric is heavy enough to work with that.

I have everything I'd need to wear it those ways. Nothing too exciting, tho.

I think those would be good ways to wear it. I agree that it could work in a variety of seasons. I'm not sure about a turtleneck since the neck is high, but certainly longer sleeves...

I'm now seeing it as unavailable... did you buy it?

Yes, I agree with Khris.

I have noticed, though, that sometimes things pop back up online. One of the blouses I had asked people about was gone in the size I needed then it reappeared in my shopping bag!
