I will admit that I do not get the Botticelli reference, we discussed hm in my art class as having a Renaissance ideal of loose flowy hair but surely you are not referring to that.

Otherwise, I am all for Pretty in Pink, chokers, bell sleeves and some menswear/tomboy influences.

Oh fun! I can't wait for your trend report. I think others have pretty much said what I would say, except I'm not sure about the gangsters (gold chains or pinstriped suits?) or Edward Scissorhands (distressing or gothic?) references. I love that movie, BTW. I remember watching it over and over with my friends in high school.
