9/9 in Seattle...

So the way my ticket to TIFF works out, I will have an afternoon in Seattle on the 9th as I'd get in at 10:30 a.m. and leave at 9:00 p.m. Is anyone around for lunch, shopping, or sightseeing? I will have my carry-on bag with me, unless the airport has storage which I think has been eliminated. Fingers crossed!
