Honestly I don't think anyone can look at your forehead with those gorgeous eyes drawing all the attention. There are no big principles with bangs - it has to depend on each individual, but I think you look beautiful with your hair back fwiw.

I used to wear bangs all of the time. Like since I was five years old. When I started having to wear glasses all of the time instead of contacts, I let the bangs grow out. There was just too much stuff on my face and all I saw were the multiple chins developing.

I've had a fringe (bangs) since I was about 14 and I wouldn't change it for anything. I prefer mine to have a little texture and not blunt and I find it flattering. If I had a longer length fringe I think it would drive me nuts keep sweeping it to one side to get it out of my eyes. When I'm hot mine doesn't bother me at all either. I personally love your fring and find it youthful looking.
