I have never been a pink or pastel wearer, but had one piece in a similar color last spring that I loved to wear. It opened my eyes to new possibilities and garnered unexpected compliments.
Oh, where will you hang this Deborah? I have a hard time with completely different colours or styles when it comes to storage- they can look so odd in my closet NOT odd ON you though, it looks soft and beautiful! - perhaps you will need a separate wardrobe for your one-offs and wildcards.
