In response to some requests that I show my darn legs, here is a pic of today's outfit. Not great quality. I really apologize for that; my camera is ancient and my skills at mirror photography are not great.

My critique: ideally, I would choose sandals with a lower vamp and/or a higher heel. But these are what I have, what I could find, what is comfortable. They look better with a skirt that is a couple of inches shorter, more "above the knee" vs. "at the knee." I hope I can get away with them, but I think it is touch and go and they are not doing my legs any favours.

I missed the previous posts, but this is a great outfit, and, to my eye, works with your shoes. The color is relatively neutral so no low vamp is needed....(but then, I don't do heels!)

This is a perfect summer MOTG outfit. Why would anyone want to wear Yoga pants when you can look like this?

A photo tip.. if you crop the photo on your computer, we get a better view of the outfit. You can also adjust the exposure if you take a picture that is too dark.

Great look - stylish, sophisticated colors (I'm a neutral lover!), and comfortable to boot. You do have great legs. I guess I missed the earlier leg discussion. . .

The sandals work fine here as everything is low contrast. I don't know that a lower vamp would make a significant difference, but *you* might feel better

Honestly, I can't find one. single. thing. wrong with this outfit! It really shows off your beautiful figure and gorgeous legs, and I think the sandals look great!!

And I was also going to suggest cropping your photos. And if you play around with your camera a little, it should only take a few minutes to figure out the self-timer function, which will free you from the tyranny of the dreaded mirror shot!

ETA: You can use Picasa to crop your pictures and better some aspects like light or contrast.

I guess my husband agreed with you. Because after he kindly took my closer photo he asked if I would like to go out for lunch!

See the benefits of dressing well...would he have said that if I were in my gym clothes? <insert wicked grin here...>

Thanks also for the photo tips. I will get the hang of it eventually. Part of the problem is the location of the mirror...there's really not much light available in the hall. But now that my husband knows what's going on, he'll probably take some for me.

This was a great MOTG outfit for lunch and shopping. But it wouldn't work very well as a working at home outfit. The skirt is less than perfectly comfortable with my funny Capisco chair, although truthfully, it's not that bad. But it wrinkles like nobody's business. And so does that linen blouse. So if I put it on to work in the morning, by the time I need to go anyplace I already need to change.

Cute outfit, you look great in these soft muted colors. I like the sandals you have on with this, I don't think the vamp detracts from anything and this skirt looks "above the knee" to me; also your legs look just fine, no need to worry about them Great beads, too.

You look very pretty in these neutral colors. The first thing I noticed when I opened the picture is how pretty your legs are and what a lovely figure you have, then on top of that is your beautiful blonde hair and smile.
I also think the shoes look good with the skirt being that the skirt is at the top of the knees.
That's an interesting chair. I'll have to look at your other post for info on it.
