I feel like it is so unfair that my husband and all men have comfortable shoes all evening at parties!

This year I am going to find holiday party shoes that feel good to me. They need to be supportive, have a stable heel, some arch support would be nice since I am supposed to wear arch support.

And I would like to dance in them!

A tall order I know! I am also thinking of getting away from black since that is what I always wear. Maybe metallic?

Anyone have some ideas for me?

I do not mind paying $$$$ if they are comfortable and look good.
I saw on one of Angie's holiday posts she talked about boots! Now that would solve my problem totally but I can't picture with a holiday party outfit.
