Ok...so 2 of my recent online purchases arrived today. Esprit and NY and Co.

Keepers: The black knit vest from Esprit and a red crackled patent bag. (Can I use that in spring/summer or is that more for fall/winter?), and a cute little floral printed cotton tee shirt with shirring at the neckline. All those items came from Esprit. I have to say the bag was the big winner for me. I wasn't really looking for a bag, but it was marked down from $80 to $15, so I couldn't pass it up.

Returns: 2 pair of white jeans (also from Esprit). They were a little too snug for white jeans, and one pair had a very low rise. So the search for white jeans continues. I'm also returning 2 tops I ordered from NY and Co. They were just not flattering overall.

I can't wait to incorporate the vest and purse into new outfits though. Photos of the keepers will follow, eventually....

Great news about the vest! I can't wait to see a photo. White jeans are a tough find - but I think it's still early and we'll see alot more selection in the coming months. I'm not sure how AT fits you but I tried on the Lindsay white jeans currently featured on the website and they were a pretty good fit (I tried on the petite) - the rise was high.

It's a shame about the white jeans, Nicole. The perfect pair really is hard to find, isn't it.

Do post pictures of the vest soon, it will look smashing with your new button-downs, or with that green graphic tee!
Your other purchases sound wonderful too. Can't wait to see the bag. Like Angie says: red is a neutral, so I think you can carry a red bag all year long.
