Tanya and Cathy's dress, is it a 10?

Well I found this dress in a great color but I am concerned about whether it is flattering.
I only want to keep if it is a definite 10. It is not styled in any particular way at the moment. I would probably not wear leggings.

Opinions???

I'd say it's atleast a 9.9.
I really like it even with the leggings.

For me, it's a 12! That is my absolute favourite colour EVER, and hands-down my favourite colour on you. The ruching on the bodice makes it slightly old-fashioned (in a good way- theatrical, not dated) and the sleeves are boho-fabulous. It's so you, Jean!

Oh Jean that dress is absolutely lovely on you. A definite 10! Glad you found one in such a flattering color; I saw the dress only in black, gray, and purple.

P.S. I ended up with a different, but similar, dress. It fits you way better than it did me!

Thank you so much everyone, I am so grateful to have this forum to make decisions, I was about to take it back!
Now it is a keeper.

Brianna and Patience- it is a Max Studio and I got it at TJMaxx. I loved the style but had only seen it in purple and black. The color is what grabbed me.
