Speaking of rain boots...

I've been noticing boots like these popping up all over the place around here (mostly in the student shopping centers) -

I don't think I'd personally wear them, but they made me smile! Would you wear them?

Those are hilarious! Personally would not wear them. I have been looking forever for a nice pair of snugger fitting rain boots. Tried on the aquatalia wasabi last year and they were too wide (and too tall).

I could see the attraction for high school/college girls, but I think I'd prefer a Hunter rain boot.

Hee hee. Those made me smile, too. They maybe could fit into my "walk the dog" capsule, which admittedly is so not up to ylf standards. Right now my smile accessory for that is a floppy straw hat which hides my bed head since walking the dog comes right after rolling out of bed.

*blushing* Okay, true confession: I have a pair of cowboy-style rainboots. They are even crazier than these. They have a teal-brown-red-yellow pattern all over them. Believe me, I can't wear them with just anything. But every time I wear them, I get loads of compliments. They seem to make people smile.

I love those! Too bad I just bought new rain boots.

Granted, I live in a farming community in the midwest and work for a company that manufactures for the ag industry. I go to lots of farm shows, and at a rainy outdoor show, these would be perfect!

We don't get enough rain to warrant rain boots of any kind. My husband likes to joke that it only rains 3 times a year. That's not quite true, but not too far off!

not personally for me, but i do love a good rain boot, and i smile when i see wacky ones like these on others -- which means, as others have said laura, I WANT TO SEE AN OUTFIT WITH YOUR BOOTS! they sound awesome, hehe.
