I am looking for a pair of Birkenstocks that are being discontinued and most of the US retailers are out of my size. What are some reliable online shoe retailers in Canada and UK (frankly, any place that will ship to the US) ?

Gravity Pope (gravitypope.com) in Canada has Birkenstocks. I've never ordered from them, but they carry an awful lot of nice shoes.
