For starters, I realize that part of this might be I am now 32 and simply not going to have the skin I was used to enjoying through my twenties. So that may be the answer to my query. But my skin has really just lost it's glow. I do use Retin-A every other night from a prescription from my dermatologist but I know my bad habits include:
-about 5 hours of sleep a night
-I don't drink very much water
-waaay too much caffeine (see first bad habit

I've noticed even my lips seem to not be as full of color as usual. Any tips to improve skin and get more of a natural glow back?
