Online Shoe Order Size Help Needed

I ordered several pairs of wedge shoes from keds that are on sale and they feel tight in the toe and lose in the heel. My toe is right against the front of the shoe but my heel lifts out when I walk. I have narrow heels. I am trying to decide if I should order the next size and buy heel cups or something to make them fit or just send them all back? They are all quite cute and I think they'd be really comfy in the right size. What would you do?

Thanks,
Cosmo

There are so many variables at play in situations like this, it is hard to say what to do. When I bought a pair of ballet flats that almost all YLF'ers raved about, I could not wear them for the same reason. I put heel grips in the back but they did not help so I gave them away. I'd hate to see you waste your money. It might help to post pictures and maybe someone will have an idea.

I had the same problem with keds and most other ballet flats. Can you order just one (perhaps the most inexpensive) pair in a bigger size and test them out with heel inserts (without exposing the sticky adhesive)? If that works then you can order the rest in the same size.

I agree with San, it's a pain to lose your money. I got the same flats she mentioned and ended up giving them away to Angie!
