New purchases - help me decide?

I just bought a few new things and would love your thoughts on whether they are keepers or not.

First up, the famous AT pleather jacket that so many of you have! Yes, I stole the idea shamelessly from all of you:

Next, a trenchcoat from Spiegel. It is the traditional khaki color, but it has a bit of a sheen to it which you may not be able to see in the photo, and also some stretch.

Last, a tweed vest that I would wear in the fall, but was on sale so I got it now. I am not sure about the halter neck as it may limit the types of tops I can wear with it. Should this type of vest be worn only with a collared shirt? Or at all?

Does that look funny, or is it too young a look for me? Or is it okay? (I'm in my 40's)

The white jacket is a keeper - it looks awesome on you! It has really become the "it" jacket on the ylf forum and I can see why. I actually wanted to see how it looked in person but when I was at AT last week the salesperson told me that it sold out in a week!

Hmm, the trench looks good overall - length, fit in the shoulders & arms but the sleeves seem a tad long. I can't really tell because your hand is closed.

The vest looks AMAZING on you! Definitely keep it!

Angie, in the past I would have probably saved these for dressier occasions, but since I want to step up my everyday look, I am going to work these into my daily wardrobe. Do I have the right idea?

Cindy, I shamelessly steal items or concepts from people around here all the time.

The jacket looks great! I'm amazed at how versatile this coat is. I'm still in love with mine. (One caution, though - you may want to store it in a clear plastic garment bag. Mine accidentally got hung next to some dark denim and I wound out having to scrub out a blue stain on the shoulder.)

I like the trench, but I'm in love with your tweed vest! It looks beautifully cut.

I'm glad I'm not the only one, Kari! And thank you for the tip about the garment bag.
