I've been pretty busy at home this last week or so, and haven't been around, but I logged back in to comment as soon as I saw you got another haircut! And of course, you look AMAZING! I'm sure my enthusiasm comes as no surprise, given how much I love similar styles on the likes of Kate Lanphear, but you really, really make this look good. Hits the perfect note between edgy and still classic, and even appropriate for conservative events if needed.

Wow that is a fabulous cut! Very flattering and stylish.

Gorgeous!! And it really does look perfect for showing off earrings!

Simply stunning. I'm officially wowed. This suits you.

I missed another thread but had to come and comment here after seeing the picture of your new do on the wall. AMAZING! You look incredible with this new haircut!

Hi Deborah, I think you hair looks lovely! It's very flattering and fantastic for summer. I hope that you are feeling used to it and comfortable with it now.

This cut suits you so well! I love it. And I hope you have fun with showing off your earrings

Such a cute sassy look!

Okay, wait for it..... you look younger and more hip! And great.

Shorter, longer--change is life. This was a good change. Some day you may change it again.

Now, living with it is another thing. Not specifically this "do", but sometimes there is a cut that looks great but is hard to style or keep looking like it did at the salon, if one doesn't have access to daily blowouts! So I'm always sensitive to "hair needs" and lengths that are practical for daily styling--sfor some people's hair type that is shorter, and for some, longer. since I have no talent at styling and blow-drying.

It's fabulous Deborah!! I hadn't logged on in a while, and saw you mention your new "do" in another post! I love it!! When I next decide to go shorter, I am taking your photos with me!

Wow Deb,you got 99 comments on your new do! I never have seen one post on YLF with so many comments in my all times here:-)). Then, I came back again, to write the 100th one, too!:-)

YLF 100x!:-)

Comment #102… I love it!! I think this was extremely the right thing to do.

I love this on you, pretty lady! Wow! This was the right decision. If I could have smooth, glamorous short hair like that, I'd follow you in a heartbeat.

Wow! I was going to wait until my next outfit post to thank you all so very much, but finding this post on page 1 I decided to do it now:).

I cannot express how much I appreciate you all and how touched I am that so many of you have taken the time to comment here.

This cut has been a dramatic change for me, even though it may not seem that much different to everyone else:). Exposing my face more, has been the catalyst for some harsh self assessment and an internal dialogue that has gone something like this... The shorter do makes me look old.....I look like my mum...when I'm tired it really shows...I don't think I look feminine....blah blah blah! I don't share this for any response but more to just be open and transparent about my own inadequacies:).

But your kind and generous comments have moved me from being so self critical to try and see what you see and after a week, I am really loving it. So much so that in the next two weeks I plan to have a little more off the sides and will go blonder:)

And again THANK YOU! It is rare to be part of a community that is so giving, generous, thoughtful and supportive. xxxx

Isn't it funny that we are our own worst critics but others can easily see our strengths and what makes us wonderfully individual you do look fabulous

Late to say: Stunning!!!

And very sassy-pageboy. Sophisticated. Grown-up. But youthful. Dramatic (so Deborah!). A little arty, a little flirty. It actually is very feminine because it lets you play more, and skims the jawline while highlighting the delicacy of the nape and flattering the cheekbones.

Rave-worthy.

This cut ROCKS on you!!!!

Deb - I've just read your update and I am so glad to see you are liking it... I was a little concerned after not seeing much from you that you weren't loving it!

Love it! It looks amazing on you.

Deborah, I love your new haircut and you look so beautiful. The "inner dialogue" you mentioned above is universal and I do hope it has been quieted by all this positive feedback you received on your wonderful look.
