My turn experimenting with a denim shirt!

This denim (chambray?) tunic shirt is INC from Macy's (regular dept). They are on clearance for $29.99, plus there are a lot of good coupons out right now.

1) With ponte pencil skirt, tucked:

2) With black skinnies: (I think these are too skinny to wear without boots, I need to get a straight-leg pair)

So... what's the verdict? Keep or return the shirt?

KEEP! You have it styled nicely in all the photos!

With the skirt, I say tucked. You probably feel more comfortable untucked but you have a beautiful figure and it looks so clean and polished when it's tucked.

I think both pants work, but because you have the shirt untucked, it cuts into your leg line, so dark shoes would make your legs look longer.

please please keep! i think you'll get a ton of use out of this shirt. there's also something about denim shirts with white and with stripes that seems really fresh to me for spring.

with the skirt, i prefer it tucked -- and with the pants, i think both look great!

Keep, keep! It looks great with both pairs of pants, and tucked with the skirt. I think it's too long to wear untucked with the skirt.

Great shirt. I love it tucked, try belted when it's untucked. Both sets of jeans look great with it perhaps belted with the bootcuts? and the necklace is gorgeous x

Marianna, I always look forward to your style posts. Always so polished and stylish you are. I like it. I like the length and fit. I think you have a score. Also, to me those skinnies are not too skinny at all. What about them is making you think that? I'm curious b/c I'm second guessing a pair of black skinnies I picked up at Target recently.

I like the necklace too. When Macy's does sales, they do sales very very well!

Hey, Marianna. I just tried on the same top last weekend, and bought a similar necklace on sale! The top looks way better on you than it did on me. I love the way you wore it tucked in with the ponte skirt. Very chic. You look great.

I love the shirt on you, looks fab with your new pink Fidji's! I like it best tucked, but thought that you might try belting it untucked...You always look so polished, pretty and sophisticated, even in a denim shirt!

agrace, I just feel like my black skinnies are too form fitting around the legs because I have thick legs. I usually wear them with boots, which is okay... but without boots I feel like I have too much meaty leg exposed. I feel like they should be less tapered to be more flattering. Why are you second guessing your black skinnies?

Very pretty top, Marianna! It looks great all the ways that you styled it, but I like it tucked into the skirt the best. Those pink shoes are just too cute! You are slimming down before our very eyes and can definitely sport a "tucked in" look! The necklace looks so pretty with your skin tones.

Um yes, KEEP! I love every single outfit except the bootcut one doesn't thrill me. ALl the others - AMAZING! The necklace is also adorable. And I think I forgot to comment on your Fidjis earlier - but they are beautiful and look great on you too!
