I love the idea of a tulle skirt with stompy boots and a leather jacket. In fact, I actually saw the Free People one Angie posted, but the length was beyond maxi on me. But in Park City I stumbled into this random boutique with a rack of tulle skirts for under $50 in a shorter length. I almost got navy but this deep red was so pretty. It's just below knee length on me. The brand is O2 Collection if anyone wants to search for it!
