moto-esque jackets - are either keepers

I found a couple jackets at the Rack today. I'm only keeping one if any. Neither are maternity but I figure I won't be pregnant forever so they'll get use after the baby. (They are faux leather and can be washed. A plus for both of them!) At this point, I'd just wear them open.

I think the first is not technically a moto jacket. I like it because of its lighter color, which will give me more flexibility to wear it as the weather gets warmer. I also like the ruffles. On both jackets, I think I'd need to shorten the sleeves. These sleeves would be easier to alter.

This is more of a true moto jacket. On the plus side is the style. I like the cropped jacket and the off-center zipper. On the down side - the color and the fact that the sleeves will be harder to alter. I do like the color (which is a black but with a bit of gold) but I'm not sure it will give me use throughout the spring.

I like them both. It is hard to see how the first will look but I can imagine the second. I wear black all the time in spring and summer. The gold would be fun for summer evenings.
It is always so hard to decide which to keep. They are so different and would be used for entirely different looks. Can you keep both?

I realllly like the black. It's a nice classic moto style. However the cream is too boxy. I like the color and the ruffles, but it just seems too long and boxy. And the style seems a little "mature" for you...I love how kicky and young the black one it is, and the length and fit seem to be more flattering. Congrats on the finds! Always fun to come home with something good from the Rack.

Hm, I like both. Like other have mentioned, they have different vibes so which one you keep depends on the vibe/look you want! The black is good for a traditional moto style look.
