1. Maggy London Dress!! I really hope it looks as good as it feels. I'm wearing it without bells or whistles of any description just to size it up properly.

2. I took the plunge and got a boyfriend blazer + my first ever graphic tee. Wearing it with a pair of slight boot-cut jeans that are seriously the most comfortable pair I've ever tried.

3. White coul-neck sweater with absurdly comfortable charcoal pants. From my preliminary consultations I got one yay and one nay. Your thoughts?

4. Red tunic with black skinny denim. I need to know once and for all...can I get away with skinnies? Does the shirt look good? It's incredibly soft and comfortable.

5. Striped pants with black cardigan. Yes the cardy is the same style as the two-tone purple ombre one I bought before. I didn't own a black cardy, so I decided to fill that wardrobe hole.

Also got tights!! Two plain, two with self-colour diamond pattern.

Thanks for your help, ladies! All of these can be easily returned, so let fly!

Oh I'm SO glad you got the BF blazer and tee! Woohoo! This is one of my FAVORITE looks ever on you.

You look beautiful in the ML dress. No doubts there.

The white sweater I'm still not completely sold on, but the pants are a YES. Of course if everyone else likes the sweater and I'm the odd duck, please keep it. At any rate, you look radiant in white.

The cardigan is sweet and the cardi and pants are great basics.

I agree everything looks so great on you...that red tunic w/white blouse underneath and black skinny's.......LOVE:)

I think the white cowl neck might hug in all the wrong places..otherwise the color and length are good...more of a fit issue.... I think you can do better:)

Michelle, it looks tight to me but not tight in the sense that it's the wrong size. It just doesn't seem like a forgiving material.

The neckline actually doesn't bug me as much as I thought it did though, so perhaps trying a size up is worth a shot just to see.

That's so odd, because it doesn't feel tight on in the least. Where does it look like it's clinging? I really can't tell from the feel of this one.

I love that red on you. It looks like a great color for you. The skinny jeans seem fine with the long sweater.

I like the color and neckline of the white sweater but I'm not sure about the proportion of it on you. Someone else mentioned it "hugging in the wrong places" and I agree. Color, neckline, material looks geat, but fit is a bit off.

I love the BF blazer and tee - really nice! That's my favorite of the group. I noticed in that picture that it appears one sleeve is rolled up a bit and the other isn't. I like the rolled up look there!

P.S. I also like the necklace in that picture, but think it would look better if it were just a bit longer with this shirt. You can buy necklace extenders for just this purpose!

I think the white sweater looks good! Coming from another tummy girl, I think the lighting in the picture is just making your tummy more visible, but I can tell that the sweater fits well and doesn't hug at all. It's not too tight at all. I would totally wear it and I think it's a great winter piece. But I seem to be the minority. I think it looks good!

YLF store dress is beautiful! Can't wait to see you accessorize it.

Oh, I must have missed this thread this morning!

Michelle, I LOVE your new stuff- the dress and bf jacket especially are INSANE. You are totally rocking those looks. With the white sweater, I tend to agree with Marianna. The colour is so pretty on you, and you can tell it fits from the shoulders, sleeves, neckline. The drape of the knit means the sweater's front *is* hugging your tummy ever so slightly, but I really think it's just the lighting in your flat- out in the world, there would be nothing to notice.

So glad I've gotten thumbs up from so many of you, guys! This is the first season in ages that I really feel like I'm wearing things that are truly current and hip, and it's all thanks to you! The boyfriend blazer was the biggest hit at home, much to my surprise; Corey isn't the most adventurous dresser, but he's with you guys that the look works well.
In case of possible clinginess, do you guys think it would help to wear a white silky cami under the white sweater?
LBD dress with the Maggy London dress is forthcoming once I get me some shoes and boots!
And fun fact; the red top in outfit no. 4 isn't a real bf cardy, it's a fooler top. Hope that doesn't lower its style quotient, but I like the fact there's no added bulk.
