I'd say my happiness score is pretty high. 8-9. It feels so amazing on... the fabric is glorius. And I love the design. It's just the darn grey... and I honestly wonder how much of that is how it ACTUALLY looks, vs what I've conditioned myself to avoid. Thus the reason for asking you lot

No boring back view at all!

I think this grey looks almost like a blue or green grey -- anyway, I don't think it is unattractive on you at all.

And I think you might like it better with black or dark wash denim....but at the same time I can also see it with white when the season shifts again. I don't think that will feel as fussy when you are in the mood for diaphanous layers, you know? Plus, footwear will change the game.

I like it! This doesn't read grey to me at all. I think it provides plenty of contrast to be flattering on you. Enjoy!

Hmmm . . . I'm really not liking the back view of this. To me it broadens the look of your shoulders drastically. Also if I'm being completely honest I don't think the black/gray combo is doing you any favors. In my eye you look beautiful in actual "colors". This top just seems to make your face, features, and hair disappear! BUT you love it - and that counts for a lot -and everyone else thinks it's working on you - so I may be way off!.

Marley I really do appreciate your honesty on this one. You are grounding me. This is my hesitation, exactly. But it feels so good (plus I think it's cool) that I know I have goggles on. I have a friend here who I run these things by, and I hope to do that soon. She will be able to tell me IRL, and daylight, if this deadens me or not. Because there is NO point in keeping it if it's all about the shirt, and not how I look in it.
