So glad you're keeping both. I saw the sequined sweatshirt on the website earlier and loved it! The stripe is amazing, too. It's perfect to have a simple pair of items nice enough that you can add a topper and head out the door when you need to.
I'm feeling a pscyhic link.....lol. I've been about the same task --- replacing my knitwear for my "lounge" and "home-work," wardrobes. Post to come, probably on Monday. I've added one animal print sweatshirt, several lighter pullovers in lovely colors, with fitted shoulders and a relaxed midriff, and 2 great cardis (cobalt and burgundy --- but no taupe!)
I've also updated my lounge / home pants, although I'd still like a good wide leg ponte -- a little bit old Hollywood. I had a pair for 10 years that I actually wore throughout my pregnancy, and they bounced right back. Alas, nothing is forever!

Chunky knits for real winter. I have 3. All grey. So sad!
