I finally made up my mind and decided to buy the cream S&K trench from last season that showed up in my size on eBay. On Maya's advice (thank you, Maya!) I used the Best Offer option (it was a Buy It Now item) and offered US$90. They were asking US $124, plus US$28 for shipping. To my surprise, the offer was instantly accepted--I guess the seller can set an amount that they'll automatically accept for Best Offers? Good to know for future eBay shopping. I paid a total of CAD $150 for the trench and shipping. That's about half of what I saw them in stores for.

Now--does anyone know if you can Scotchguard clothing? The trench is cream and I'm a bit worried about keeping it clean.
