Hong Kong Shopping

One week to go. What should I be sure to shop for while in Hong Kong? (Other than "everything"). What shops? Brands? Local specialties I can't find anywhere else? Bargains I can't find anywhere else?

I haven't been to Hong Kong but elsewhere in Asia and the great thing is that there are so many petite choices! Of course the sizing is so small, I was something like an XL in most shops! Are you still planning on getting a custom suit?

All I know is that I'm looking forward to seeing photos of what your sense of style brings home, Shiny! There are sure to be some delightful treasures.

I don't know about the custom suit, although DH recently said he wouldn't mind also getting a custom suit for himself. Unfortunately, it may be too late to plan it out.

I am very excited about the prospect of having a wider range of petites to choose from! Although if it's like Japan was, I won't be slim enough to fit into any of it. :-(

Pearls? Hmmm.... both my daughters covet my pearls. I've always figured I'd get them their first set of real pearls when they graduated from high school (that's what I got for my graduation). But I will be shopping with Xmas gifts in mind... so maybe this is something I could look into for xmas?

Any other fun suggestions for gifts from HK for teenage daughters?

If you have any clothing that you absolutely love and wish it could be duplicated in a different color or higher quality fabrication the way Angie did with her little jacket, I would completely take advantage of that. I wish there was such a service here in the US (that's affordable).
