For Patience--Flat oxfords for skirts/dresses

My friend came over last night wearing these Jeffrey Campbel "Wingtip" oxfordl shoes with a short dr, soft and streamlined than they appear in this image. The grey is actually kind of silvery. I thought of you, Patience!

I'll have to mull over whether or not the black ones are an adequate substitute.

They are, but they're also a basquillion dollars more expensive! I found a karmaloop coupon that would bring the price down to $74.

I don't mind the black. I just have a lot of black shoes as it is. I have black hair so perhaps that's why? I could also wear them with black tights. I'm leaning more and more towards the black...

Maya - I've been wearing my Franco Sarto "Justify" oxford booties nonstop since they arrived. They are SO comfy. I usually like a slightly higher heel but these are going to become my running around, doing errands, all day shoes.

I don't know if you like booties but I just wanted to let you know they are really comfortable!

I love the FS booties you got Tarzy, but from a pricing standpoint, I can't resist the $74. I think the shorter oxfords would be more versatile for me anyway. I can wear them into spring and with skirts.

If they don't work out, they are certainly still in my mind!

Thanks for thinking of me, BLB. I've actually been wearing my pewter flat oxfords that I took the picture of so I don't think I need another pair. These are cute-- Maya, they will look great on you. I'm now trying to settle on a pair of heeled oxfords.
