First time putting makeup up on

Hey! I haven't post anything yet... That because my nasty zits left me a huge scars on my chin. I can't do much except letting it heal by itself and putting fondation. I never put makeup on to be honest. It's only recently that I feel oblige to put some because I can't stand the scars anymore and I scare some people with it.

Here.. How do I look? xD Sorry it's not on the daylight but it looks like I have powder on when I go out in the sun.

We've missed you.
I think you look adorable as usual. I don't see any scars. If they are visible in person just be patient and they will fade. You are very beautiful and way ahead of the game in maturity. You're only 20 I read on your blog. You seem very wise.

I had severe acne as a teen which left really bad scars all over my face and I always wear foundation to even out my skin tone and hide the scars. But, I know that if I wanted to go without makeup I could... and I wouldn't scare anyone! I really doubt a few acne scars could scare people. Once in a while I do go out without makeup and no one has ever said anything! Don't worry about it at all. Your skin looks flawless, very pretty! The best makeup application looks like you don't have any makeup on at all -- and you achieved that perfectly!

I agree with San and Marianna...your skin looks beautiful...they may not be scars...sometimes just a dark spot left over and will fade in time.

I am cursed with dark circles:(...I have to cover those!!

Honestly, I would never know from photos I've seen of you (with OR without makeup) that your skin was anything but flawless. It looks like you did well applying just the right amount of makeup, too.

I have struggled with acne for the past 13 years. Fortunately I don't have deep scarring, but I feel like I perpetually have breakouts or red, partially healed scars on my face. I have a hard time believing that people DON'T see the mess underneath when I wear makeup, but most people seem shocked when they find out I have bad skin.

You look adorable, are the scars in a localised area?

I spent my teens caked with foundation to cover the odd spots and the photographs are not pretty. In my twenties (I still get them in my thirties) I realised that I looked better if I just properly concealed the spot, set the concealer with loose powder and left the rest of my skin natural. This improved my skin as foundation can clog the pores and lead to further breakouts.

Angie did a blog which pretty much summarises low maintenance make up

I hope you get your style groove back soon.

I think you look beautiful. I can't see you've put makeup on. I think that's a good thing. You could use a little more and it would still look natural. (Not that I mean you should).

You are lovely and loved also your first experience with make up.. that's how you should wear make up, make up should be natural!

I don't see scars or bad makeup - that's a good thing. I love your haircut and style though and it is your smile and personality that will shine through - not a little scar (which most of us have too.).
