I have not seen these in the flesh but I’d certainly at least try them if I were you. This is a “nothing ventured, nothing gained” forum. I look forward to hearing your verdict!

They look hard to get on and off. Kind of fussy. I'd get annoyed if the ties were constantly coming undone. But they have an aesthetic appeal for sure.

I agree with Angie, you should try them. And try to post pics.

My first thought was that the lack of a zipper would be a deal breaker for me, but they are an interesting mix of toughness and femininity.

They look very interesting, I would certainly at least try them on. The color looks to be the same as my 20-eyelet silver Docs.

If I see them anywhere, I'll try them on for sure, but I'm not holding my breath--I have yet to see many docs in stores here yet.

Love them! As much as I like the idea of the metallic color in theory, I don't know how it would work out in practice. If they came in black, I would be all over them/
