I love it! I think the greenish pants tone down the wild zebra print a bit, think black or grey pants would accentuate the zebra, maybe a little too much.

Tell your teen she should learn from you!

I love it. I will take inspiration from your use of the pull over to tone down my white shirts. I like the grey pants with it more than I would like black. The red necklace is a good finish.

LeeHovey seems to think the pants were green, not grey... it got me thinking - that would look SO cute with a colored bottom! But it's pretty awesome as is, too. As a teacher of 15-year-olds, they think anyone over the age of 25 should wear a paper bag, so don't take her too seriously. Next thing you know, she'll be stealing it.

That's funny, the green pants comment got me thinking the same thing....I could maybe do an olive green. I'll have to experiment, I'm not much for colors yet (especially on the bottom 1/2). I'm trying to definitely incorporate more in on top though. Ok, thank you so much everyone!! I will wear it next week - too fun!!

Brianna, my 15 yr. old LOVES zebra (she probably got the love of animal prints from me as I have tons in my closet in various pieces). Except for some giraffe print shoes....that is calling my name lately....My guess is she was a little shocked to see me in so much of it without a jacket over it or just a little accent of it here or there. Her eye has actually gotten pretty good when I ask her about things which made me really question this one...of course I know that she prefers multiple layers of the simple knit cami's, graphic tee's, and sweatshirts with the uggs. It's more of a "yeah" or "nay" that we do with each other. She doesn't suggest a lot yet. I do with her of course. It's very interesting though to see her start to transition from the very casual to a hint of smart casual every now & again. Oh, how I love those days!
