I haven't been able to find casual ankle boots that fit these parameters:
-either come in a wide width or have a very roomy toe box (round toe is a must)
-come in a brownish tone, but not "brown"
= tan, mushroom, natural, etc. Gold or bronze toned hardware is a plus
- mid-sized heel (about 1 1/2' to 2 1/2" is my ideal range)
-real leather or suede in case they need to be stretched
-under $100
I'm not saying that I would buy them even if I found them, but I was so cold at the park today in my Converse that I would consider it. I love these B.O.C. ones, but they don't come in wide and I think they may be a little high.
