Thanks for starting and sharing this board Anna! I really love the one with the fringey turtleneck sweater and the one with the black harem shorts. Refreshing to see these no-frills denim jackets. They make plenty of statement in their own way, especially those paired with a very trendy or a very classic support act.

I like your board. I just have one jean jacket I don't think I've ever shown it on the forum, I got it in the 90s. I had to look up "cool mom" and I found a VLogger and a wikiHow. On how to be a cool mom.

The VLogger uses cool mom ironically I think.

Anyway I am always fascinated by labels and am usually not in the know because of where I live and my age. Which I guess makes me not cool, even though I used to strive for cool. Very hard.

As for distressing, I got into it in 2012 but by 2014-2015 I had sold my heavily distressed jeans. I kept one mildly distressed pair as they are just so comfortable when I have one of those days. (Rag & Bone skinny in Sheffield wash.) Last Summer I went back and got a few more cropped distressed jeans, but not with the exaggerated holes of 2012. It's the trend that won't die I guess.
