I need to go in for a bra fitting soon - I'm almost finished breast feeding my 10 month old so I am just waiting for my girls to shrink back to normal. In the mean time I thought I would see if anyone had any suggestions for my issue. I have come to realize that my main problem with finding decent fitting bras is that the center gore (center part between the two cups) is usually too wide. This causes the cups to shift my breasts to the sides too much instead of them pointing straight out. I have a wide back but my front chest area is pretty small (and I am a 34dd/e normally). I actually pointed this out to the Nordstrom bra fitter when I had a fitting done pre-pregnancy but she seemed to ignore my concerns (ended up with a Chantelle t-shirt bra but still thought that it looked a little weird on me). Does anyone have any suggestions for a supportive bra with a narrow center gore? I suppose I can get my bras altered. I was thinking of taking a trip to NYC to get seen by one of those "professional" bra fitters at Intimacy or the like and see if I can get something that works a little better
