So up until now I thought this was a look I would give a pass, but I guess it has been subconciously growing on me. I was out for a shopping sprint yesterday and coming up empty over and over in my search for replacement white jeans, I tried these on a whim because I liked the wash. They are really comfortable and I thought they were kind of cute, actually. The denim is lightweight so would serve me well for our coolish summers. I think I can also wear them with booties as well as summery shoes? I think my biggest question with these is that the rise/zipper portion is really quite long and I am quite tiny so I am uncertain whether I can carry it off or whether I should look for something less dramatic. I can pull these jeans down even lower on my hips to emphasize the dropped crotch effect but I always think of Rae's smuggling plums expression. Although to be honest I think I like the dropped crotch look but just don't want to deal with stares in my conservativer milieu. The saleslady thought I might need a size smaller as these will stretch out some, but I think she herself wasn't very comfortable with the bf look and I thought the size seemed right. (They don't have a smaller size in stock anyway.) Finally, I can shorten the length to make the roll less bulky if I keep these.

These need to be a 10 for me to keep them. What do you think?
