Battle of the Esprit Denim Dresses

I love the drop waist style but I think B looks more streamlined and versatile. I wonder how difficult it would be to style A. What kind of jacket or sweater could you layer over it?

B from me too i think it will be more versatile i'm finding dresses with belts attatched a bit of a nuisance as you can't change it for other belts x

The only drawback is that the fabric isn't actually denim, more like a chambray with a sheen, and it clings a bit to leggings. Still, I think it's worth keeping! Thanks to everyone who weighed in.

Without looking at anyone else's responses I vote #2. I find empire waist dresses more flattering and easier to style/wear than dropped waist ones... my 2 cents.

Tam, I returned option A today and kept B. It's got potential to be the perfect little summer dress -- it's exceptionally comfy for a woven and will look great with the Brulees, Smooches or those raspberry colored wedges for a tiny bit dressier look. The reason I tried this one instead of the one in Angie's store was the empire waist, which is usually better on me, and the short sleeves for summer.
