Hi, Laura. I love both dresses, and find them both really flattering on you. From a purely objective point of view (ie, trying not to think about the price), I also prefer the blue. Something about the colour with your dark hair, the shape of the neckline and the cut are wonderful on you. It's more sophisticated, classic, and looks more expensive. (Which obviously, it is;) This is not a personal preference based on colour at all- green is my favourite colour and I hardly own anything in blue at all. I just think you shine in the blue one.
Having said that, you can't go wrong with the green one, either. It definitely has an interesting cut going for it, and I think you'd be hard pressed to find something that you didn't look fantastic in.
