Very cute! Thanks so much for thinking of me, Nicole. When you found the sleeveless argyle vest from Esprit a couple weeks ago, I actually ordered it because it looked great. However, in the end I decided to return it. I love the look of argyle, but somehow it just looked too classy on me and I couldn't figure out a good way to funk it up. Maybe because I ordered it in grey/black; another color combo might have been more fun. I also didn't like that it had a little logo on the chest.
I was bummed and at this point have decided to give up on argyle for this season :-( But thanks again for sending the link, I love to know that you're scouting for me :-)

Oh no, don't tempt me ;-) I will actually go with longer tops for the grey skinnies. The dark wash Mias are definitely easier (more flattering) to wear with shorter tops, but for the grey ones I feel I really need long tops or dresses, and was thinking of my black shirt dress.

I hear ya - the only way this sweater would really work is with a button-down shirt, maybe stripes or tiny polka dots, that was longer than the sweater ... still, your shirtdress idea is still even better. Just a thought!
