Are these boots a good substitute for the Aquatalia Aurora?

I loved the Aquatalia Aurora boots in the store, but they're only available in a size 6. I found these boots made by Geox that are similar:

I can;t comment on whether they are a good substitute but i can say i love the style of these boots x

Geox is a high-quality maker with a classic look. It tends more towards comfort than Aquatalia, which strikes me as a bit more fashion-forward. I'd say they're analogous in terms of quality, and the Geox makes a nice interpretation of the quilted look.

Hard luck. The Aquatalia's look and feel incredible on one's foot. But try the Geox and see. Not sure if the faux fur lining is fabulous or annoying just yet. Only ever one way to find out!

Angie - what does "hard lucky" mean? I certainly wouldn't get them if they aren't comfortable. But what would I be looking for to know whether or not they "look incredible on one's foot"? I guess I'm confused.

Hah! Sorry Medusa. That was a typo and I’ve fixed it.

The faux fur is self colour on the Aquatalias but not so on the Geox. Self colour is easier to work with and more streamlined. Does that help?
