Q&A about individual items, ensembles, and wardrobe

Are the leg openings on these bootcuts too wide for flats?

These are my favorite jeans of all time, and I just bought a few on sale, but I haven't owned a pair for over 2 years, and seeing them again makes me wonder if they are too wide for flats. They have a 20" leg opening, and I usually wear pointed-toe flats, if that matters. http://www.paigepremiumdenim.c.....55291.html

Hmmm. Interesting question. I was under the impression any cut of denim (with the exception of wide-leg) could be worn with flats. I will eagerly await opinions from others...

I don't think the opening is as much of an issue as the length. If they are hemmed for flats, you should wear them with flats, or they will not be PPL with heels. If they are too long to be worn with flats, either hem them or keep them for heels.
