It’s probably an acquired taste, but ruched sleeved tops and knitwear are a nice Spring wardrobe update and a great blast from our 80’s past. This non-itch little cardi has a flattering keyhole V-neck opening and great elbow length sleeves. Perfect over a simple camisole, button down shirt, sleeveless shell top or sheath dress.
