This is the kind of outfit that I am most comfortable with...a pencil skirt, top, and topper. I also love my pointy toe flats and shopper style totes (holds my lunch bag!)
The form surrendering top is a departure for me, since I'm more of a body con t-shirt or knit top kind of girl, but it is such an interesting top! I'm a big fan of 3/4 and raglan sleeves, and mixed media (and this shirt has all three!) I've worn it with cream corduroys (see previous WIW) and dark wash baby boot cut jeans. This is super comfortable and I believe it works for biz casual.
