WIW: Apple Tasting Tour

I wore this on an apple tasting tour at a local orchard this past weekend. Meant to take a pic without the jacket on too, but lost track of time. Feedback welcome and appreciated - as always!

(p.s. if you find someone who offers apple tastings in their orchard I recommend it - super tasty!)

Have you thought about a long necklace or scarf for to add a little more color to this fab neutral outfit?

Outfit looks just right for the occasion, Carrie -- and would also look great with MK's suggestion: long necklace or scarf.

And what was the best apple you had? I'm currently obsessed with our local orchard's HoneyCrisps -- crisp, sweet, and juicy, with a very short harvest.

I always thought of apples as pretty ordinary until I discovered these. Now I'm willing to drive 15 miles to get them.

Bit by bit, my resistance to denim shirts is being chipped away. This is a marvelous outfit. I really like those particular stripes over the light blue denim shirt, under the dark coat.

Is the stripe topper a sweater or tee?

I think it is a really nice outfit too and was also thinking either a pendant or scarf to add a bit of pattern or color would add just the right touch.
