I have been anxiously waiting for the weather to cool off so I could try this look, and today it finally happened! I don't have stretchy black pants, but I think my slouchy ones are a decent substitute! I felt very chic in this ensemble today at the optometrist!
Black pants: Comptoir Des Cotonniers
Blouse: Vintage store (another fab $8 find -- it fits perfectly and is lovely heavy fabric, and not as shiny as it looks in the photo)
Denim jacket: Levi's
Pewter boat shoes: Sperry Topsiders
Silver tote: Michael Kors
After I took the photo I rolled up the sleeves of the blouse so they didn't show below the jacket cuffs, and I think that was an improvement. Thanks for looking and thanks for any input or suggestions!!
