Open Studio today. I've been so anxious to break out my Pliner booties from NAS and my Anne Fontaine vest, so I decided to put them together. Tried a couple of different shirts but decided to keep it simple and go with the slight menswear vibe with the plain white BB button-front. But then that seemed a little *too* plain so I went crazy and put on my sequin scarf. After all, it is a day of celebration here in Bmore!
The booties fit just right under my Hudson "baby bootcut" jeans, but next time I plan on wearing them with skinnies so the buckle detailing is visible. I predict these will get lots of wear -- they are very comfortable even on day one!
The scarf might be OTT but I loved it to funk up all the other classic elements in the outfit.
