Rae started a fascinating thread on style
http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....on-journey
in which Aida shared her very logical style breakdown in a list form (a true engineer) .

It was simple and fun to do mine, here it is:

NEUTRALS: denim, khaki, stone, taupe, white and light grey,
COLOURS:
purples ranging from lilac to plum, with the exception of vivid and deep shades,
blue based pinks ranging from baby pink to fuschia, including coral but not salmon
lighter and softer blue based greens inclluding seagreen, blue green, aqua and teal but not darker, deeper, or olive greens.
Aqua, periwinkle, and blue denim.

Accents: lighter metals, both gold and silver, sparkle and shine including crystals and patent and metallic finishes. Black in small amounts. Charcoal, and red.

Elements: organic, curved patterns including florals, paisleys and oriental patterns, natural elements including stones, leather and wood and natural fibres, flowers, feminine costume jewellry. Embellishment including beading and sequins and handwork. Tactile elements including frayed trims, not feathers. Auditory elements like jingly bracelets. Maybe vintage, ladylike elements?

In terms of putting a name on my style, Natural Luxe....I love natural and handmade elements, and I value handfeel, quality, and workmanship.

WDYT? Have you tried putting together a list like Aida's? Or defining a brief style description? Any thoughts on 'natural/luxe'?
